Dear Parents & Students,

 

After all classes being closed for over 12 months due to the pandemic, it is now time to return.
I have no doubt most of you have forgotten so much and now is the time to train harder than ever to get back to where we previously were.

There has been a few changes to the club due to the pandemic.

St Cedds Church have decided that after the pandemic they will not be accommodating any external hirers for the foreseeable future.

 

Seiken Karate are moving to a new venue The Scouts Hut, Hurstleigh Gardens, Clayhall IG6 0RQ
Lesson days and times will also changed due to both personal circumstances and hall availability.

Monday 5.30pm – 6.30pm / 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Wednesday 5.30pm – 6.30pm / 6.30pm – 7.30pm

 

Additional lessons will be set up subject to demand.

Online Booking
All term bookings & payments will now be taken online in advance of each term.

Existing students have priority until Sunday 15th August to register for your class. After this date bookings will be opened up to new students that are currently on the waiting list.

Licences & Equipment
All existing students will require to renew their annual karate licence – due to closures at the start of the pandemic a discount of £12 per existing student has been created. Please used promo code REFUND to apply this credit to you annual licence.

 

All students will be required to have their own Karate Gloves upon returning to karate. The will be no glove sharing available at any lessons.

Observing Lessons
Prior to the start of the September term starting details regarding parents observing lessons will be announced.
